Orders & Shipping
Is everything a pre-order?
Yes. Every item in the shop is currently a pre-order. You pay when you order, and we ship your gear from the U.S. within 2–3 weeks.
How long until my order ships?
Pre-orders ship within 2–3 weeks of your order date. You'll get a shipping confirmation email with tracking the moment yours is on the way.
What if my pre-order is delayed?
If we can't ship within the estimated window, we'll email you with a new date, and you can choose to cancel for a full refund.
How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is free on all U.S. orders of $75 or more (after discounts, before taxes). Under $75, rates are calculated at checkout.
How long does delivery take?
Most U.S. orders arrive within 3–7 business days after they ship. Carrier delivery times are estimates and can run longer during peak season or bad weather.
How do I track my order?
Every order ships with a tracking number. Use the link in your shipping confirmation email, or sign in to your account to see your order status.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within the United States. If you're outside the U.S. and want to order, email us at deathgrippco@gmail.com.
Can I change my shipping address?
Email us as soon as possible. We can't change the address once an order has shipped.
My package says delivered but I can't find it.
Check with neighbors and your local post office, then contact us within 7 days and we'll help file a claim with the carrier.
Returns & Exchanges
What's your return policy?
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Items must be unworn, with tags, in original packaging. Sale items and gift cards can't be returned. Email deathgrippco@gmail.com to start a return. Full details in our Refund Policy.
Can I exchange for a different size?
Yes, and size swaps are free. Email us within 30 days of receiving your order and we'll send a prepaid label to exchange your unworn item for another size.
My order arrived damaged or wrong.
Email us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right.
When will I get my refund?
Once your return is approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to post it.
Sizing & Product Care
How does Death Gripp fit?
Many of our pieces are cut baggy/oversized. Check the Size Guide and the size chart on each product page before ordering.
How do I wash my gear?
Follow the care instructions on each product page and the garment label. As a general rule: wash cold, inside out, and hang dry to keep prints and fabric looking fresh.
Account & Reviews
Do I need an account to order?
No. But with an account you can track orders and see your order history in one place.
How do I leave a review?
After your order is delivered, you'll get an email inviting you to review what you bought. Reviews from real orders show a Verified Buyer badge.
