Processing time

Every item is currently a pre-order. Pre-orders are packed and shipped from the U.S. within 2–3 weeks of your order date. You'll receive an email confirmation when your order is placed and a shipping confirmation with tracking once it ships. If we can't ship within that window, we'll email you with an updated date and you can cancel for a full refund.

Shipping rates

Standard shipping is free on all U.S. orders of $75 or more (after discounts, before taxes). For orders under $75, shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your address and the shipping method you choose.

Delivery times

Most U.S. orders arrive within 3–7 business days after they ship. Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed, especially during peak seasons or severe weather.

Order tracking

Every order ships with a tracking number. Use the link in your shipping confirmation email, or sign in to your account to see your order status.

Address changes

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you need to change it, email us at deathgrippco@gmail.com as soon as possible. We can't change the address once an order has shipped.

Lost, stolen or damaged packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you can't find your package, check with neighbors and your local post office, then contact us within 7 days and we'll help file a claim with the carrier. If your order arrives damaged, email us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right.
